Job summary

A proactive and dependable Student Worker is needed to support the Finance team in maintaining payroll and accounting systems for a fast-growing podcast and audiobook platform. This role involves hands-on responsibilities that provide insight into financial operations within a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Accounting, Finance, or HR.
• Highly reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated and efficient in solving challenges under deadlines.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and validation of monthly payroll changes, including salary adjustments and absence data.
• Prepare payroll journals for accounting and assist with reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
• Support innovation through AI/automation and participate in ad hoc projects.
• Assist in compiling documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Handle administrative tasks and data validation.
• Act as an operational backup for payroll processing during team absences.

Education
