Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee timelines for press conferences and media briefings
  • Create clear run-of-show documents to ensure alignment among team members
  • Ensure deadlines are adhered to and tasks are completed on time
  • Serve as the primary contact for presenters during press events
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders
  • Proactively follow up to ensure everyone is aligned
  • Collect and shape key insights and announcements for media distribution
  • Facilitate the flow of information between partners and attending press
  • Manage on-site press conference execution, ensuring smooth operations and timely adherence to schedules
