A motivated student is sought to support a Public Affairs team, engaging in policy research and external relations. The role involves monitoring policy developments, preparing briefing materials, and assisting with event organization.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., political science, communications, journalism) with at least two years of studies remaining.
  • Interest in public affairs, advocacy, and policy, ideally with some practical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured working style.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in science, health, sustainability, and business.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Danish and EU policy developments and conduct research on parliamentary activities.
  • Support relationship development with international stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating policy briefs, position papers, and consultation responses.
  • Prepare background materials for executive engagements, including presentations and speaking notes.
  • Help organize and execute events, including post-event follow-up.

Skills

  • Proactive and ownership-driven with clear communication skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree program enrollment required.

Tools

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation preparation.
