Job summary

The role of Vice President, Head of Finance for Site Hillerød involves leading the finance agenda and acting as a strategic partner to the Site Leadership Team. The position focuses on ensuring robust financial governance, performance management, and business partnering to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, equivalent certification, or MBA preferred.
• Significant senior finance leadership experience in complex manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, or similarly regulated environments.
• Proven experience in leading finance teams and developing high-performing organizations.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in financial planning and governance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of translating complex financial topics into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Site Leadership Team to shape strategy and facilitate finance-related discussions.
• Lead and develop the Site Finance organization, encompassing Finance Accounting, Payroll, FP&A, and Finance Business Partnering.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Drive financial performance improvements through productivity and cost management.
• Strengthen financial governance and compliance across the site.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process standardization and digitalization.
• Support expansion and new business development with financial insights and scenario planning.
• Contribute to global finance projects and cross-site financial deliveries.
• Develop finance leaders and foster a high-performing team culture.
