Vice President, FP&A and Enterprise Insights

Job summary

The Vice President of FP&A and Enterprise Insights will lead the global Financial Planning & Analysis function, integrating market and competitive intelligence to support executive decision-making. This role is pivotal in transforming financial and external market data into actionable insights that drive growth and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12-15+ years of experience in FP&A, financial strategy, or corporate finance, with exposure to market intelligence
• Strong leadership experience in building and leading global, cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with strong financial acumen and business judgment
• Deep understanding of global market trends and operational drivers
• Experience with advanced financial planning and analytics tools such as Anaplan, SAP BPC, Hyperion, or Power BI
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of engaging executive and non-financial stakeholders
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global FP&A function, including target setting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Develop a comprehensive enterprise insights and market intelligence framework
• Integrate market intelligence into scenario planning and risk analysis
• Provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership through strategic analyses
• Prepare executive dashboards and Board-level financial reports
• Drive improvements in planning accuracy and data governance
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team
• Support strategic initiatives with financial and market context
