Transaction Manager (On-site, Søborg)

Job summary

A Transaction Manager or Deputy Transaction Manager is sought to join an M&A and Asset Financing team, focusing on renewable energy transactions. The role involves significant deal ownership and execution from origination to closing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience for Deputy Transaction Manager; 5+ years for Transaction Manager in M&A, corporate finance, or investment management, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency, especially in DCF and/or PF models.
• Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive and commercially minded with an interest in energy transition and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of transactions and drive execution from origination to closing.
• Manage external divestment outreach and engage in investor discussions.
• Prepare and maintain financial models for various energy projects.
• Structure and manage Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) and coordinate due diligence processes.
• Create marketing materials, information memoranda, and investor presentations.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and project development teams.
• Maintain communication with investors, banks, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations of SPA and transaction documents (Transaction Manager level).
