Job summary

This role involves working in a dynamic trading environment that merges technology with financial markets. The position offers hands-on experience and significant responsibilities from the start, focusing on delivering a reliable client trading experience across various asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools for alerting, monitoring, and analytics.
• Oversee execution flows for Equities, Futures, Options, and proprietary OTC products.
• Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities in trading processes.
• Collaborate with international banks, brokers, and exchanges.
• Engage with stakeholders daily to enhance trading systems in partnership with technology teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a focus on automation and data-driven solutions.
• MSc degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in trading or technology.
• Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with strong communication skills for collaboration.

Education

• MSc degree in a relevant field.
