Qualifications

  • Proven success in leading commercial teams within the medical technology sector, particularly in laboratory diagnostics.
  • Experience in developing account-level strategies and executing plans effectively.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a history of serving accounts successfully.
  • Ability to collaborate within a matrixed organization and utilize available resources.
  • In-depth knowledge of product lines, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales or related fields.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales goals for the assigned territory.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer accounts, addressing all needs and inquiries.
  • Take ownership of product lines and understand competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including specialists and executives, to drive sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with both current and prospective customers.
  • Conduct business reviews to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and expand capital equipment and diagnostic reagent sales across product lines.
  • Update and maintain internal sales tools and data analytics systems.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
