Job summary

This temporary role focuses on enhancing workplace culture and business performance within a global organization, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, from June 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for organizational leaders.
  • Provide guidance and support on people, leadership, and organizational matters aligned with strategic goals.
  • Engage proactively with key global stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the implementation of leadership initiatives in collaboration with People & Culture Centers of Excellence.
  • Maintain a business-driven approach to People & Culture that benefits both the organization and its customers.
  • Conduct organizational reviews using data insights and help define action plans for development and design.
  • Address business-critical issues and ensure compliance and risk awareness across departments.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of relevant experience in People & Culture functions or as a trusted advisor.
  • Fluent in English, as it is the corporate language.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to challenge and empower leaders.
  • Adaptability to change and a proactive, curious mindset.

Skills

  • Excellent advisory and coaching abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HR management systems and data analytics tools is advantageous.
