Job summary

This role involves a 6-month contract as a Talent Partner within the Talent Management team, focusing on both Talent Acquisition and Performance Management. The position requires ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and contributions to performance frameworks, collaborating with business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices, especially in Europe and the US.
  • Experience in designing and enhancing Performance Management frameworks, including goal setting and feedback processes.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HRIS systems like Hibob.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a history of delivering People initiatives efficiently.
  • Exposure to broader Talent Management disciplines, including development and rewards.
  • Background in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding efforts through effective job advertisements and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Performance Management Framework.
  • Facilitate the performance cycle, including goal setting and feedback.
  • Utilize data to monitor performance trends and guide decision-making.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related fields.
