  • Assist with daily HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
  • Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
  • Support internal HR initiatives and manage documentation tasks to ensure compliance.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to track recruitment progress and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Ashby.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience in HR operations such as payroll and employee services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Portuguese labor laws is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Portuguese is a bonus.
