Job summary

This is a temporary, hands-on project role for a senior Recruitment Specialist focused on enhancing the global recruitment function. The position requires collaboration with HR leadership and senior stakeholders to implement improvements in recruitment processes and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Senior in-house Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Project Manager
• Proven experience in recruitment transformation projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment
• Familiarity with employer branding and careers sites
• Solid understanding of modern recruitment tools and labor markets
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and manage senior stakeholders
