Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will facilitate a smooth hiring process for candidates and hiring teams while building strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their hiring needs. This role involves developing creative sourcing strategies and negotiating offer agreements with candidates.

Qualifications

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience in the construction or consultancy sectors.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and communicate labor market conditions.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a seamless hiring experience through excellent process and systems knowledge.
  • Provide expert coaching and support on market, interview, and process best practices.
  • Define and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
  • Assist in developing future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
  • Negotiate offer agreements with candidates effectively.
