This role offers a unique opportunity for a Student Assistant to gain hands-on experience in People & Culture, specifically within Learning & Development and Business Partnering in a global organization. The position is based in Copenhagen and involves supporting HR professionals in various initiatives that enhance organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–3 years remaining in studies.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, comfortable in an international setting.

Responsibilities

Practical details

  • Assist Learning & Development and HR Business Partners with coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the SharePoint site.
  • Create clear and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support various ad hoc tasks across the People & Culture function.
  • Working hours: 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
  • Location: Copenhagen.
