Senior Manager - Global EHS Learning & Development (Remote, Europe)

• Proven success in implementing learning improvement initiatives, particularly with learning management systems and cultural change.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across various functions.
• Experience managing distributed teams across different regions and time zones.
• Relevant certifications in project management, learning, or change management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global QEHSS learning strategy and operations.
• Lead and manage a global learning team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor and functional partnerships to enhance learning initiatives.
• Drive cultural and organizational change management to promote EHS practices.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with C-suite stakeholders across HR, IT, and QEHSS functions.
• Oversee successful learning systems transformation initiatives, including LMS migrations and PowerBI reporting.
• Develop and execute a learning roadmap to achieve EHS learning excellence.
• Incorporate innovative technologies, such as virtual reality, into learning methodologies.
• Ensure alignment of learning processes with organizational goals and performance indicators.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in organizational development or a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with learning management systems, PowerBI, and emerging learning technologies.
