This is a hands-on, temporary role focused on enhancing the global recruitment function within a dynamic organization. The position involves leading improvements in employer branding, recruitment processes, and candidate experience, working closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Senior in-house Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Project Manager
  • Proven experience in recruitment transformation or improvement initiatives
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment
  • Familiarity with employer branding and careers sites
  • Solid understanding of modern recruitment tools and labor markets
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage senior stakeholders
