Job summary

This role involves supporting the global People Operations team during a parental leave. The position is part-time, requiring approximately 15 hours per week, and is based in the Copenhagen office.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's in HRM or a related business field.
  • Some prior experience in a People team or similar area is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in employment law and people processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
  • Responsible and discreet in handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable with HR systems and technology.
  • Strong communication skills in English with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

  • Maintain HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy in HiBob.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts, assisting with onboarding and offboarding.
  • Monitor the ticket system (Freshservice) and address employee inquiries regarding contracts and policies.
  • Prepare People data reports for various teams to support business needs.
  • Assist with various People projects, including process improvements and employee lifecycle initiatives.
  • Structured development opportunities and feedback cycles.
  • Regular team gatherings and social events.
  • Access to sports and activities, along with daily snacks and refreshments.
  • Provision of a MacBook and necessary hardware for work.
