Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and adoption of global Grow & Contribute processes in daily operations.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for local leaders and HR teams.
  • Facilitate and implement learning programs tailored to local needs.
  • Align performance development processes with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
  • Support HR management with analysis to inform people strategy.
  • Build leadership capability through training and coaching.

Education
