Job summary

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on advanced technical concepts related to Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) and MIMO technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to ensure that sales teams are well-equipped to understand and convey the technical value of products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications, advanced IP networking, or tactical systems integration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Enablement or Sales Operations.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the Sales Onboarding & Enablement Program, ensuring new hires are prepared for customer interactions.
  • Lead training sessions on technical topics, maintaining the sales team's technical excellence.
  • Develop a recurring calendar for refresher and advanced skills training to keep the team updated on new features.
  • Create training materials and maintain a Master Training Library tailored to specific needs.
  • Implement a feedback loop and skill-level tracking system to identify and address technical gaps.
  • Coordinate logistics for global training programs, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Conduct field evaluations to ensure theoretical knowledge translates to practical success.
