About the role

Job summary

The role involves supporting the growth of a residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) product portfolio through distribution partners in the Nordic region. This position requires a strong technical background and customer-facing skills to assist installers and distributors in effectively selling and installing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience in technical sales or application engineering
  • Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage systems (ESS), and grid connection principles
  • Fluent in English (C1) and one Nordic language
  • Based in Sweden or Denmark

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to distributors, installers, and partners
  • Conduct pre-sales consultations including system design and troubleshooting
  • Assist sales teams in customer meetings with technical insights
  • Prepare and review technical proposals and documentation
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for partners
  • Act as an expert on installation and commissioning best practices
  • Spend time in the field to support installations and resolve technical issues
  • Gather feedback from partners and relay insights to internal teams
  • Stay informed on grid requirements, regulations, and competitor technologies

Skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
  • Hands-on, field-oriented approach
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics

Tools

  • Familiarity with PV inverters, ESS systems, and related technologies
  • Experience with training materials and technical documentation
