Job summary

This role involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts in Austria and Switzerland, focusing on maximizing customer value from an AI-powered DevSecOps platform. The position requires a consultative approach to sales, engaging with both new and existing enterprise clients to drive adoption and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee major accounts and manage the complete sales process, coordinating with various internal resources.
  • Utilize solution selling techniques to identify customer needs and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer performance metrics and align strategies with their business goals.
  • Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities within major accounts.
  • Ensure successful product rollout and adoption through effective account management and collaboration with sales engineering and support teams.
  • Create formal sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in French and German.
  • Experience in selling to complex organizations with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with C-Level executives.
  • Familiarity with Git, software development tools, and application lifecycle management.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, adhering to company travel policies.

Education
