Job summary

The role of Partnership Manager is crucial for driving growth through strategic partnerships in the B2B tech sector. This position involves building and managing relationships with key partners to enhance market reach and value.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in partnership management, with a track record of driving partner revenue, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Strong knowledge of the ecommerce and customer service technology landscape, with an existing network in the ecommerce sector being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard significant technology and agency partners.
  • Develop joint value propositions to activate successful go-to-market strategies, including lead sharing and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Drive partner enablement and maintain relationships to enhance sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Advocate for partners internally to ensure their integration into sales strategies.
  • Foster a vibrant partner community and maintain ongoing joint activities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Crossbeam, Slack, Notion, Excel, and AI productivity tools.
  • Analytical mindset to track partnership KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Self-starter attitude with problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
