About the role

Job summary

This role involves managing technical accounts and ensuring customer success through effective communication and strategic guidance. The position is fully remote and focuses on building strong relationships with clients to help them maximize the value of payment solutions.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical account management or integration engineering role, ideally within the fintech or payments sector.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services protocols, along with API management tools such as Postman and Swagger.
  • Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages like Golang, Python, or Node.js.
  • Familiarity with server and database technologies such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions with senior leadership on technical strategies, incidents, and risk management.
  • Develop close relationships with customers to understand their operational needs and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to provide strategic technical guidance and support.
  • Work with Product and Development teams to customize solutions for clients.
  • Monitor product integrations and ensure successful ramp-ups.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with API management tools and web development frameworks.
