Job summary

This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for a tech-focused organization on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the candidate experience and supporting hiring for Product, Design, and Engineering roles.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up.
  • Prior recruitment experience in Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles is highly valued.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of applications while ensuring quality and diversity in the hiring pipeline.
  • Strong track record in a fast-paced hiring environment with a focus on deliverables.
  • Passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition tools (e.g., Greenhouse, BrightHire) and AI-powered recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure talent scaling needs are met, focusing on Product, Design, and Engineering roles.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to support team success.
  • Create a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
  • Improve the efficiency of the recruitment process from initial contact to offer.
  • Track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics to leadership.
  • Advocate for remote work values throughout the candidate experience.
  • Initiate improvements to the recruiting strategy.
  • Partner with Talent Sourcer to build a pipeline for challenging positions.
