Qualifications

  • Significant experience in total rewards roles, emphasizing strategy and business partnership in a global context.
  • Proven capability to advise and influence senior leaders on complex rewards matters.
  • In-depth understanding of total rewards philosophies, job architecture, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Experience in fast-growing, global, remote-friendly organizations is preferred.
  • Collaborative approach with high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape Total Rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive Total Rewards frameworks that ensure strategic alignment and competitive positioning.
  • Provide strategic advice on compensation philosophy and pay equity frameworks.
  • Integrate Total Rewards strategy into key talent programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, influencing cross-functional initiatives with a Total Rewards perspective.
  • Lead education efforts to enhance organizational understanding of Total Rewards principles.
  • Conduct proactive risk assessments and identify emerging challenges in Total Rewards.
  • Utilize AI and technology to improve Total Rewards analysis and decision-making.
  • Represent Total Rewards in leadership discussions and forums.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance rewards expertise within the organization.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Total Rewards management software and data analysis tools is advantageous.
