Job summary

The People Operations Specialist will be part of a team responsible for managing employee-related processes and ensuring efficient operations across multiple offices in EMEA. This role involves a hands-on approach to various administrative tasks and collaboration with different stakeholders within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to leaders and employees on collective agreements and employment terms.
  • Execute and draft employee-related documents, including contracts and amendments.
  • Take ownership of key People Operations processes and drive improvements.
  • Assist with employment law matters and ensure compliance.
  • Act as a super user for the global people system (Workday), providing guidance to leaders and Business Partners.
  • Support the global mobility process, collaborating with vendors and payroll.
  • Update and draft HR documents, such as employee handbooks and templates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA on employee-related topics.
  • Participate in development projects focused on process optimization and digitalization.

Qualifications

  • Service-minded approach with a commitment to supporting team and organizational needs.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a focus on pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience in People operational tasks, including contract drafting and employee advisory.
  • Technical skills in people systems and effective communication in English.
  • Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Workday and other HR-related software.
