Tech Ops Specialist (On-site)

Job summary

The Tech Ops Specialist will support the Network & Connectivity area within the IT Asset Management team, focusing on procurement, vendor management, and operational processes related to network equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management and reseller processes.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management.
• Data-driven mindset for cost optimization and informed decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with project and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement and pricing of network equipment.
• Create and manage purchase orders using Coupa.
• Manage vendor relationships, including deliveries and invoices.
• Lead team meetings and support project deliveries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and lifecycle management of internet lines.
• Assist in network and connectivity planning, including total cost of ownership and equipment handling.
• Maintain asset data and improve ITAM processes.
• Optimize operational processes such as decommissioning and inventory management.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and govern collaboratively.
• Energy towards process optimization and automation.
• Enjoyment of working with data-related tools like Excel and Power BI.

Education

• Background in IT, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
