Tech Ops Specialist

Job summary

This role involves supporting Software Engineering leaders in the hiring of external consultants within the Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering area. The position is a parental cover for 4 months starting September 1st, 2026, and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management or finance.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels.
• Proven partner management abilities.
• Significant experience in budgeting and financial processes.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive follow-up approach.
• Structured work methodology.
• Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for product teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Competence Leads, Engineering Delivery Heads, and Product Teams to hire external consultants.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for external workforce, including IT asset management.
• Track and report vendor performance specific to product teams.
• Create vendor contract renewals, Purchase Orders, and manage goods received efficiently.
• Develop financial overviews, including yearly budgets and TCO per product team.
