Job summary

The role involves leading a team of technicians in a modern workshop environment, ensuring the stable operation of Denmark's newest trains. The Team Leader will coordinate daily activities, oversee maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical education or significant passion for electronics and troubleshooting.
• Experience in troubleshooting within aviation, industry, or rail sectors.
• Team leadership or coordination experience is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• IT skills for documentation and systems.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team's daily maintenance and service tasks.
• Conduct Start of Shift and End of Shift Briefings.
• Plan and allocate tasks based on production needs.
• Ensure proper staffing and resource utilization.
• Monitor progress against plans and report deviations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Participate in maintenance and troubleshooting tasks alongside the team.
• Support process optimization and reduction of non-value-adding activities.
• Identify training and development needs for team members.
