Job summary

The role involves leading a night shift team, focusing on employee engagement, safety, and performance management. The Team Lead will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management
• Background in warehousing, logistics, production, or a similar operational field
• Familiarity with daily board meetings, LEAN practices, or visual management techniques
• Experience in KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficient in IT, particularly with ERP and WMS systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate night-shift employees, ensuring safety is prioritized in daily meetings
• Monitor team performance and development, conducting regular 1:1 meetings
• Promote a positive working environment and employee wellbeing
• Oversee onboarding and talent development for new employees
• Collaborate with the Coordinator to optimize team success and communicate daily goals
• Encourage knowledge sharing and follow up on KPIs
