This role involves joining a collaborative Talent Acquisition team responsible for recruiting top talent across various European markets, focusing on commercial roles. The position requires managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • A few years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally as an in-house recruiter.
  • Proven experience in hiring for commercial roles such as Sales and Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Structured and proactive approach to managing multiple recruitment processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages like German, Spanish, Danish, Italian, or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing to the offer stage.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Manage candidate data accurately in the ATS (TeamTailor).
  • Contribute to enhancing the employer brand and improving recruitment processes.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with ATS systems, specifically TeamTailor, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
