Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in managing the complete recruitment cycle during a significant growth phase. This operational role involves collaborating with hiring managers across multiple countries to define roles and assess candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Specialist role.
  • Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in the data center industry or a strong understanding of the sector is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process from role definition to candidate hire.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and assess candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels and direct search.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate attraction strategies.
  • Build and maintain candidate networks within relevant talent segments.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Education
