Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or agency.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
  • Experience in hiring for multiple functions, including Tech and GTM, in fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS and other modern recruitment tools.
  • Strong skills in sourcing and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing a high volume of requisitions.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting and process enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that aligns with company values.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
  • Enhance interview frameworks and assessment processes to ensure objectivity.
  • Optimize recruitment operations and maintain accurate hiring data.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve candidate communications.
  • Support workforce planning and provide insights on hiring performance.
