Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, networking, and engaging candidates.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Proficient in structured interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

  • Manage multiple recruitment processes while ensuring quality and a positive candidate experience.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at professionalizing recruitment.

Education
