  • Drive efficient recruitment processes while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Engage in proactive sourcing activities to attract qualified candidates.
  • Guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate journey from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Enhance and represent the employer brand across various platforms.
  • Utilize data and market insights to refine recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at professionalizing recruitment.

Education
