Job summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance hiring across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to attract and assess talent effectively, ensuring a structured and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, overseeing full recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and assessment methods.
  • Experience in international or multi-stakeholder environments is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and support them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Actively source candidates and build talent pipelines for challenging roles.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both skills and organizational culture.
  • Utilize data to track recruitment progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain consistent processes and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and guidelines.
  • Provide a professional and respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
