Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Danish educational institution
  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a LinkedIn Recruiter license to source and engage candidates for open positions
  • Assist in the early stages of recruitment, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and conducting screening calls
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain high data quality in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reporting
  • Support audits and process updates to adhere to best practices
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects focused on analytics and process improvement

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.
