Job summary

The role involves shaping the use of Talent Acquisition data across the Nordic region, focusing on data-driven recruitment strategies and AI experimentation. The Analyst will create clarity from scattered recruiting data, build dashboards, and support the Talent Acquisition leadership with insights and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in building models and presenting data findings.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, analytics, consulting, or business operations; relevant internships are encouraged.
  • Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
