Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Job summary

We are seeking a Supervisor for our day shift in component production, responsible for leading a team of approximately 40 employees. This role involves translating strategy into action and fostering an environment that promotes both employee well-being and performance.

Qualifications

• Technical background with understanding of production equipment, processes, and workflows in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken, with good communication skills in English.
• Experience in quality management (Six Sigma, root cause analysis, Lean).
• Knowledge of safety and quality processes and reporting.
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Relevant education in production or management.
• Strong development and improvement skills to identify and implement new processes.
