Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or Public Health Nutrition with at least two years remaining.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Convert product recipes into compliant ingredient declarations and label texts in local Nordic languages.
  • Support regulatory assessments for product and marketing claims.
  • Review and approve packaging, websites, and marketing content.
  • Extract, analyze, and maintain data across various systems.
  • Assist with administrative and ad hoc regulatory tasks.

Skills

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Organized and capable of managing deadlines independently.
  • Initiative-driven with strong collaboration skills.

Education

  • Enrollment in a degree program related to food science or nutrition.

Tools
