Job summary

This position offers a student the chance to gain practical experience in regulatory and scientific affairs within the food industry, focusing on compliance with food regulations and product labeling. The role is based in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and involves working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or Public Health Nutrition with at least two years remaining.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Convert product recipes into compliant ingredient declarations and label texts in local Nordic languages.
• Support regulatory assessments for product and marketing claims.
• Review and approve packaging, websites, and marketing content.
• Extract, analyze, and maintain data across various systems.
• Assist with administrative and ad hoc regulatory tasks.
