Job summary

This role involves supporting the Global Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) team in a hands-on capacity, contributing to key processes and analyses that aid decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a relevant university degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In the final year of a bachelor's degree or the first year of a master's program with at least one year remaining before graduation.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Assist S&OP team members with data analysis, reporting, and preparation of insights for business discussions.
  • Capture actions and decisions from meetings and follow up with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare, edit, and quality-check presentation materials for senior leadership forums.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across S&OP processes and communication materials.
  • Support coordination of the monthly S&OP process and deliverables.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses related to demand, supply, inventory, and business planning.

Skills

  • Detail-oriented and curious about operations.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

Education

  • Relevant university degree in progress.
