Student Worker, Data Analyst & BI Reporting

Job summary

This role involves supporting the transformation of global maintenance through data analysis, digital reporting, and business intelligence. You will work on developing automated digital solutions that provide maintenance leaders with easy access to data and insights.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in Excel and experience with structured data.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization techniques.
• Interest or experience in Databricks, data preparation, and data modeling.
• Basic knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Service-oriented, curious, and comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Visualize maintenance data to create actionable insights for maintenance leaders.
• Conduct ad hoc data analyses to support business decisions.
• Assist in automating reporting processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Partners to understand and fulfill reporting needs.
• Contribute to improving data quality and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing the use of maintenance data in decision-making.
