About the role

Job summary

The role involves partnering with regional organizations across Europe, North America, and Latin America to leverage workforce data for informed decision-making. The People Analytics Partner will collaborate with People Partners, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Proficient in communicating insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in influencing outcomes through collaboration.
  • Background in facilitating discussions, training sessions, or workshops.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across diverse functions and cultures.
  • Experience in People/Workforce Analytics or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to identify workforce challenges and analytics opportunities.
  • Deliver insightful workforce analysis through data storytelling and visualization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to help stakeholders translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Promote the use of self-service reporting and analytics products.
  • Design and conduct training and workshops to enhance data literacy and analytical skills.
  • Work closely with Product, Data Management, and Platform teams to enhance People Data products and ensure data quality.
  • Foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment within the People Data & Analytics team.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting abilities.
  • Effective communication of insights.
  • Experience in facilitating discussions and training.
  • Teamwork and collaboration across functions and cultures.

Education

  • Experience in People/Workforce Analytics, HR Consulting, or HR Business Partnering is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Workday, Viva Glint, or similar tools is advantageous.
