People Analytics Partner

Job summary

The role involves partnering with regional organizations across Europe, North America, and Latin America to leverage workforce data for informed decision-making. The People Analytics Partner will collaborate with People Partners, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to identify workforce challenges and analytics opportunities.
• Deliver insightful workforce analysis through data storytelling and visualization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to help stakeholders translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Promote the use of self-service reporting and analytics products.
• Design and conduct training and workshops to enhance data literacy and analytical skills.
• Work closely with Product, Data Management, and Platform teams to enhance People Data products and ensure data quality.
• Foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment within the People Data & Analytics team.

Education
