Associate Business Analyst (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Associate Analyst in Commercial Analysis & Insights will support the analytical foundation for a global retail network. This role involves executing analytical tasks, maintaining datasets, and contributing to reporting that informs investment decisions and store planning.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, finance, or reporting, or relevant internships.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including Power Query.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Ability to handle large datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong data validation and quality assurance skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, FMCG, or commercial finance is advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring analytical processes and reporting activities.
• Produce reports and insights related to store investments, CAPEX, and network performance.
• Maintain key datasets and perform data validation and quality checks.
• Assist in trend analysis, benchmarking, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries.

Education
