Job summary

As a Data Scientist, you will be part of an AI team focused on creating GenAI-powered products and pipelines that drive business decisions. Your work will involve developing customer-facing conversational AI and AI-driven processing systems that enhance business processes.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining production-grade GenAI applications and pipelines.
  • Familiarity with LLMs from various providers and understanding their strengths and limitations.
  • Proficient in Python and experienced with libraries such as Transformers.
  • Strong skills in PySpark, Pandas, and SQL, with the ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain production-grade GenAI applications and pipelines using Python, MLflow, and Databricks.
  • Develop AI solutions including conversational AI and multimodal processing systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable Python code with automated tests and monitoring.
  • Build and manage data and AI workflows in Databricks.
  • Leverage cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure for AI service deployment.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data foundations for AI products.
  • Drive projects from concept to production deployment and optimization.

Skills

  • Experience with automated testing, monitoring, and reliability in AI systems.
  • Comfortable working independently and engaging with stakeholders.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a technical field is preferred but not specified.

Tools

  • Python, MLflow, Databricks, GCP, AWS, Azure, PySpark, Pandas, SQL, and various LLM SDKs.
