Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Transform ITSM Platform: Manage data transfers and collaborate with teams to enhance dashboards and reports.
• Diagnose Issues: Analyze complex technical data to identify root causes and develop actionable solutions.
• Execute Pragmatically: Balance analysis with execution by developing MVPs and digital products addressing functional challenges.
• Integrate with Community: Participate in a data mesh community to leverage existing data products and infrastructure.
• Manage Stakeholders: Communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences and ensure effective messaging.

Skills

• Proficient in working with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with databases, collaboration tools, and scripting languages.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with APIs and algorithms is a plus.
• Exposure to Palantir Foundry is advantageous.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
