Data Scientist (On-site)

Job summary

This role involves working creatively with data analytics, big data, AI, and visualization within an international organization focused on data-driven projects. You will be part of a Data Analytics department that ensures the health and efficiency of systems worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data analytics for system and concept development.
• Fluent in English; understanding Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate data mining from material handling systems to identify bottlenecks and optimizations.
• Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data for analysis.
• Maintain existing data pipelines.
• Define and evaluate new techniques for data collection and analysis.
• Drive the rollout and extension of data collection across all sites.

Skills

• Strong communication skills for collaboration across the organization and with customers.
• Innovative and creative thinking in concept development.

Tools

• Experience with open-source software and tools such as Kubernetes, ArgoCD, MLFlow, Elastic stack, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Python, Java, Golang, Jupyter notebooks, and Opentelemetry.
