Student Assistant - Procurement (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position is for a motivated Student Assistant to support the Procurement team by working with data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The role involves contributing to a more efficient and data-driven Procurement function.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar) with at least 2 years remaining in studies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot tables, Vlookup) and an interest in data; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of PowerPoint (Thinkcell knowledge is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.
• Outgoing and proactive, comfortable engaging with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Eager to develop skills around AI and data visualization.
• Good communication skills.
• Full proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive independent small projects from data analysis to solution presentation and implementation.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support procurement decisions.
• Maintain and update data in relevant systems.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports for internal use.
• Support the creation of RFX events in the procurement tool.
• Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc tasks related to category management and compliance.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
