Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must be in the final semester of a Bachelor's degree or have just started a Master's in Business Administration, HR, Maritime, or a related field at a Danish University.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end seafarer administration processes, including registrations and documentation.
  • Support processing of travel claims and administrative requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Contribute to improving processes and data quality within the Marine People function.

Skills

  • Organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of handling confidential information with care.
  • Ability to think creatively and seek optimization opportunities.

Education

  • Final semester of Bachelor's or starting Master's degree in relevant fields.

Tools
