Job summary

This role involves providing on-site IT support in a fast-paced environment, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software incidents for end users in the Copenhagen office.

Qualifications

  • Currently in the final year of a bachelor's program or starting a master's in September 2026.
  • Experience in IT support.
  • Familiarity with end-user systems including Microsoft and Apple products, iOS and Android devices, meeting room technologies, O365, and development tools.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face IT support to users, managing hardware and software incidents and requests according to established processes.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing proactive guidance on system functionality.
  • Collaborate with second-line support and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently, keeping users updated on progress.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements.
  • Manage personal learning to support continuous improvement and professional growth.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to enhancing the end-user experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of networking and experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or starting a master's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with IT support tools and systems, including ServiceNow.
