Job summary

This role involves supporting the HR Business Partner team with various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to both daily activities and long-term projects within People & Culture.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a relevant master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in People & Culture, HR business partnering, organizational development, leadership, and employee experience.
  • Previous experience in a student job, internship, or project is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with team coordination and meeting support.
  • Provide support for light operational and administrative tasks.
  • Help coordinate recurring People & Culture processes such as performance management, engagement, talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational changes.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of templates, guides, process overviews, and communication materials.
  • Ensure information is organized, up to date, and easily accessible for the team.
  • Contribute to improving team processes, document structures, and workflows.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with standard office software and tools for document preparation and communication.
